Reminders are scheduled from 09:00 UTC on the due date and checked every ten minutes, but delivery can be delayed, rejected or filtered. Keep your own record of important dates.

Your contract and your provider

The service uses information you supply. Confirming an email address or reviewing saved details does not verify your contract with a mobile network. Always check the actual end date, notice period, early termination charges, outstanding handset payments, and renewal terms directly with your provider.

A minimum contract term ending does not necessarily end your service or stop billing. We do not cancel, renew, or switch a contract for you. Do not rely on a reminder as your only record of an important deadline.

No promise of savings
