How it works
Save your minimum term end date once. We’ll email you when it’s time to think about your next deal.
1. Add your details
Enter an email address you can access, your minimum term end date and a mobile number or a reference such as “John’s Mobile”. You can give both, but only one is needed. There’s no password to create, and we don’t need your full name or payment details.
Choose your first reminder: 2, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days before renewal. Your minimum term end date must be at least two days ahead. The form shows the reminder timings that fit before it. Need help finding the date?
2. Confirm your email
We send you a private confirmation link. Open the email, review your details and confirm on the website to activate your reminder. Nothing becomes active just by filling in the form.
The confirmation link lasts 24 hours. Check your junk folder if it hasn’t arrived. We send service emails for your reminders; signing up does not add you to a marketing list.
3. Get your heads-up
We email your first reminder your chosen number of days before renewal. If you chose more than two days’ notice, we also send a follow-up two days before renewal, provided that date is still ahead when you confirm or update your details. Choose two days for a single reminder.
Emails are scheduled from 09:00 UTC on the due date. Delivery can take longer. If a late confirmation or delayed first email reaches the follow-up date, we send one current reminder rather than a burst of emails. Keep your own record of important deadlines too.
How to find your minimum term end date
Look in your provider’s app or online account, or check your contract summary, welcome email and any end-of-contract notification. If you’re unsure, ask your provider for the minimum term end date of your mobile plan.
This is when your agreed minimum commitment ends; your service and billing may continue afterwards. An upgrade eligibility date or the final payment on a separate handset agreement may be different. Check those details with your provider too.

Already outside your minimum term?
You can review your deal now. Check your current price, coverage and usage, compare other offers and ask your provider about a better deal. If you’re happy with your phone, consider SIM-only. Check notice requirements and any remaining handset repayments before changing plans.
Our Get best deal guide walks through the things to compare. This reminder form needs a future minimum term end date, at least two days ahead. If you take a new plan with a minimum term, add that date for your next reminder.
More than one mobile plan?
Yes. Add a separate reminder for each mobile plan using the same email address and a different reference, such as “Personal mobile” or “Work mobile”. Confirm each new reminder by email. Your private management link lets you see and manage all confirmed reminders registered to that address.
Your choices and our role
We remember the date you supply and send your requested reminders. We do not verify your contract with your network, renew or cancel it, or arrange a switch.
You decide what happens next: stay on your current plan, ask your provider for a better deal or compare alternatives. Our Get best deal guide covers coverage, usage, costs and other things to check. Savings are not guaranteed.
Change it whenever your plans change
Use the private link in your email or request a management link to see your confirmed reminders. You can edit the details, save your next minimum term end date after renewing or delete a reminder to stop future messages. Keep those private links to yourself.
You can also download a calendar entry. It’s a copy: changes here won’t update your calendar automatically.
